Delivery and Return Policy
1) Delivery:
- 1.1) You place an order, and we ship it.
- 1.2) For new clients, payment for rental and delivery must be made in advance.
- 1.3) We only charge you the cost of Yandex (delivery service), nothing more.
2) Return of Tools:
- 2.1) You can initiate the return yourself or we can do it for you.
- 2.2) Please inform us about the planned return in advance, preferably with a link to the shipment.
